You can manage your contacts, files, documents and projects. You can keep track of your projects, collaborate with your team members or clients and also discuss your problems or the thing going on in your mind, with your team members.
The interface looks simple and user friendly and can be used to do quite complex tasks. To work with Kloudo, you first have to create a kloud (a context where you can put together multiple pages, messages or tasks to manage your contacts and track your projects).
Before you create a kloud, you have to create your account on Kloudo. You’l then be able to post private discussions (that only you & your team can view) and track your existing discussions. You can get and share work updates, make announcements and asks questions.
You can easily upload and share documents. It’s also easy to search on the platform as the application contains a search engine using which you can find documents and other information related to your business.
If you do not want to create an account, you can still start a public discussion in the discussion area of Kloudo.
