এখন বয়স ২৩। ১৯ বছর বয়সে TAC প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন তৃষ্ণিত। চার বছরের ভিতর সংস্থার বাড়বৃদ্ধি রীতিমতো বিস্ময়ের দাবি রাখে। শুধু ভারত নয়, দেশের বাইরেও তৃষ্ণিতের ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারিত হচ্ছে। সম্প্রতি দুবাইতে একটি অফিস খুলেছে TAC। শীঘ্রই ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারিত করা হচ্ছে উত্তর আমেরিকা, সিঙ্গুপুর ও লন্ডনে। নিজের হাতে গড়া সংস্থা নিয়ে এখন দুনিয়া জোড়া ব্যবসার কথা ভাবছেন তৃষ্ণিত। চার বছরে ব্যবসার গতি এতই ভাল যে, আগামী আর্থিক বছরে তৃষ্ণিত অন্ততপক্ষে ১ মিলিয়ন ডলার TAC –এর মাধ্যমে আয় করবেন বলে আশা। Reliance Industries Limited, Gujarat Police, Punjab Police, International Tractors Limited (Sonalika), AMUL, Avon Cycles, RALSON, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) এর সাইবার সিকিওরিটির বিভিন্ন ধরনের দায়িত্ব সামলাচ্ছে TAC Security Solutions।

আসলে কম্পিউটারের সঙ্গে তৃষ্ণিতের ভালবাসাবাসির শুরুটা হয়েছিল ছেলেবেলাতেই। ওঁর বাবা ছেলেকে একটি কম্পিউটার উপহার দিয়েছিলেন। সারাক্ষণ ওটা ঘাঁটাঘাঁটি করতে করতেই হার্ডওয়্যার ও সফটওয়্যার দুটি ক্ষেত্রেই দখল নিয়ে নিলেন তৃষ্ণিত। সুযোগমতো এর-তার কাছ থেকে বুঝে নিতেন খুঁটিনাটি প্রশ্নগুলির উত্তর। এভাবে ১৯ বছরে পড়তে না পড়তেই তৃষ্ণিত একজন বিশেষজ্ঞ হয়ে উঠেছেন। আর সিদ্ধান্ত নিলেন সাইবার সিকিওরিটিতে পেশাদার হিসাবে কাজ শুরু করবেন। কর্পোরেট ও সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠাগুলিতে কাজ চেয়ে আবেদন জানিয়ে ভাল সাড়াও পেলেন। তৃষ্ণিতের স্বপ্ন এইভাবে সফল হয়ে গেল। বর্তমানে দেশের তরুণতম সাইবার ক্রাইম বিশেষজ্ঞদের মধ্যে অন্যতম তৃষ্ণিত অরোরাও।

সাইবার সিকিওরিটি নিয়ে সম্প্রতি কয়েকটি বইও লিখে ফেলেছেন তৃষ্ণিত। ওয়েব ডিফেন্স ও এথিক্যাল হ্যাকিং নিয়ে লেখা The Hacking Era .বই হিসাবে সম্প্রতিকালে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে। আই টি ইনফ্রাস্টাকচার ও ডেটা সিকিওরিটির ব্যবসা এখন আধুনিকতম ব্যবসাগুলির ভিতর অন্যতম। সাইবার ক্রিমিনালদের সঙ্গে যুঝে উঠতে সারা বিশ্ব জুড়েই নানা ধরনের উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হচ্ছে। ব্রিকস সম্মেলনে এ বিষয়ে ভারতের সঙ্গে রাশিয়ার একটি চুক্তি সাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। প্রতিটি সংস্থার ক্ষেত্রে গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করার জন্যে তাদের অভ্যন্তরীণ সাইবার সিকিওরিটির ব্যবস্থা জোরালো করা প্রয়োজন। ফলে তৃদষ্ণিতের ব্যবসার গতি বাড়ছে। TAC Security Solutions নিজস্ব ১৫জন কর্মীর ভরসায় ৫০টি সংস্থার সঙ্গে চুটিয়ে কাজ করছে। গড়া হয়েছে Cyber Emergency Response Team (TAC-CERT) । সম্প্রতি Cyber Emergency Response Team UAE-তেও অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট সারতে যাচ্ছে।

তৃষ্ণিত আরও জানিয়েছেন, আগামী এক বছরের ভিতর ভারতের অন্ততপক্ষে ৩০০টি কর্পোরেট সংস্থার সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করার লক্ষ্য রয়েছে TAC-এর। MD, Kedia Securities -এর বিজয় কেডিয়া তৃষ্ণিতে‌র স্বপ্নকে বাড়তে দিতে সহায়তা করছেন। কীভাবে আগামী এক বছরের ভিতর ১০ লক্ষ টাকা TAC ফান্ডিং বাবদ ওঠাতে পারে, সে ব্যাপারে প্রয়োজনীয় পরামর্শ দিচ্ছেন। এছাড়া, অ্যাঞ্জেল ইনভেস্টর সুবিন্দর খুরানা ওঁর ব্যবসায়িক কৌশলের পরামর্শদাতা। তৃষ্ণিত বললেন, আমার পাশে আছে এক সময়ের সহপাঠী বন্ধুরাও। যাঁদের ভিতর অনেকেই বি টেক।

সারা পৃথিবী জুড়ে সাইবার অপরাধ বাড়ছে। এ দেশেও একই হাল। ৩.২ মিলিয়ন ডেবিট কার্ডকে হ্যাক করার চেষ্টা চলছে। যদি অপরাধীরা এ উদ্দেশ্য সিদ্ধ করতে পারে – তাহলে সাধারণ মানুষ ঘোরতর বিপদে পড়বেন। শুধুমাত্র ব্যাঙ্ক পরিষেবাই নয়, আক্রান্ত হবে নানান সরকারি ও বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের জরুরি পরিষেবাগুলিও। এই পরিস্থিতিতে তিন মাস অন্তর TAC-এর কাজকর্মের বাড়বৃদ্ধি ঘটছে ২৫ থেকে ৩০ শতাংশ হারে। চলতি বছরে সারা বিশ্বে সাইবার সিকিওরিটির ব্যবসার পরিমাণ টাকার অঙ্কে দাঁডি়য়েছে ১২২.৪৫ বিলিয়ন ডলারে। ২০২১ সালের মধ্যে২০২.৩৬ বিলিয়ন ডলারে।

ধৃতরাষ্ট্রকে আমরা সবাই চিনি। জন্ম থেকে অন্ধ হওয়া সত্ত্বেও পাণ্ডুর অবর্তমানে রাজা হয়েছিল সেই। কিন্তু আমরা আজ শুনব এমন একজনের গল্প, যে হয়তো আজকের যুগে দাঁড়িয়ে ছাপিয়ে গেছে ধৃতরাষ্ট্রকেও। হায়দ্রাবাদের প্রত্যন্ত গ্রামের ছেলে শ্রীকান্ত বোলা। চাষ আবাদ করেই সংসার চালায় গরীব বাবা। কিন্তু গরীব হওয়ার থেকেও বড় অভিশাপ আছে শ্রীকান্তের জীবনে। জন্ম থেকেই সে দুচোখে দেখতে পায়না। প্রচলিত গ্রাম্য ধারণা থেকে সবাই ওর বাবা মাকে বলেছিল এই ছেলে সংসারের জন্য পাপ, একে ছোটবেলাতেই মেরে ফেললে, এই পাপ বহন করতে হবে না, কেউ বলেছিল দৃষ্টিহীন মানুষের কোন মূল্যই নেই এই সমাজে। কিন্তু বাবা-মায়ের মন বলে কথা, নিজের ঔরস থেকে জন্ম নেওয়া সন্তান কে মেরে ফেলার কথা ভাবা যায় নাকি?

আজ প্রায় তেইশ বছর বাদে শ্রীকান্ত নিজেকে প্রমাণ করে দিয়েছে আর ভুল প্রমাণ করেছে তাঁর প্রতিবেশীদের। আজ যদি কেউ তাঁর দিকে তাকিয়ে বলে ‘শ্রীকান্ত তুমি কোনকিছুর উপযুক্ত নও, সেও পাল্টা বলার ক্ষমতা রাখে, যে এমন কিছু এই পৃথিবীতে নেই, যা সে পারেনা’। আর এটা তাঁর নিজের প্রতি বিশ্বাস।
হায়দ্রাবাদের বোলান্ত ইন্ডাস্ট্রির সি.ই.ও আর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা হল শ্রীকান্ত। লেখাপড়া না জানা বা কোনভাবে প্রতিবন্ধী মানুষদের নিয়েই এই প্রতিষ্ঠান চালায় সে। ইকো-ফ্রেন্ডলি বিভিন্ন রকম প্রোডাক্ট তৈরি করে তারা। কিন্তু চোখ কপালে তুলে দেওয়ার মতো বিষয়টা হল এই কোম্পানি এখন ৫০ কোটির সাম্রাজ্য। আর এখানেই ধৃতরাষ্ট্রের সাথে তাঁর একটা অদ্ভুত মিল রয়েছে। দুজনেই মন দিয়েছিল সাম্রাজ্য বিস্তারে। শ্রীকান্ত নিজেকে পৃথিবীর সবথেকে সৌভাগ্যবান মানুষ বলে মনে করেন। যে বাবা-মা বছরে বিশ হাজার টাকা রোজগার করে, সমাজের বিভিন্নরকম কটূক্তি মেনে নিয়ে, নিজেদের মতো করে মানুষ করেছে তাদের একমাত্র সন্তানকে, তারাই পৃথিবীতে সবথেকে ধনী। নিজের অন্ধত্বকে জয় করে শ্রীকান্ত আজকে কোটিপতি। কিন্তু সে নিজেকে সৌভাগ্যবান মনে করে অন্য কারণে। সে মনে করে তাঁর বাবা-মা তাকে বেঁচে থাকার সুযোগ দিয়েছিল বলেই আজ সে এই জায়গায়, তাই পয়সা থাকলেই মানুষ ধনী হয়না, সুখে থাকতে পারাটাই আসল এই মনুষ্য জীবনে।
পিছিয়ে পড়েও সাফল্যের গল্প:
শ্রীকান্তের মতো অনেক গল্প আছে, যা আশার আলো দেখায়। কিন্তু আশাটা কিসের? অনেক টাকা রোজগার করার মতো ইচ্ছা নাকি মানসিক দৃঢ়তা। আসলে প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতিতে অনেকেই বড় হয়, তারাও স্বপ্ন দেখে, স্বপ্ন কে বাস্তবে পরিণত করে, কিন্তু বাস্তবের গণ্ডিটা পার করতে পারে কজন আর সেটাই করে দেখিয়েছে এই ছেলে। আসলে জীবনের প্রতি একটা অদম্য ইচ্ছাশক্তি তাকে গভীর অন্ধকার থেকেও আলো দেখতে সাহায্য করেছে। জন্মান্ধ হওয়াটা যেমন ওর জীবনের একটা দিক, আর একটা দিক হল সে গরীব ঘরে জন্মেছিল। স্কুলে পড়তে গেলে সবসময় তাকে পেছনের দিকে ঠেলে দিত তাঁর বন্ধুরা, কোনরকম খেলাধুলায় সে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারত না, সবথেকে বড় কথা হল গ্রামের স্কুলে এটা ভাবার মতো কেউ ছিলনা, যে এসবের ফলে ছোট ছেলেটার মধ্যে কি টানাপড়েন চলছে। প্রতিপদে তাকে বঞ্চনার স্বীকার হতে হয়েছে। শিক্ষা ক্ষেত্রে সর্বত্রই সে তাচ্ছিল্যের স্বীকার হয়েছে। দেশের ইউনিভার্সিটিতে উচ্চশিক্ষার থেকে প্রত্যাখ্যাত হয়েছে সে। কিন্তু লড়াই থামায় নি সে। প্রসঙ্গত একজন বিখ্যাত লেখক বলেন যে ‘আমরা, আলোর পথের যোদ্ধারা যাবতীয় অন্যায়ের বিরোধিতা করতে পারি, কারণ আমরা সুযোগ পাই, যাবতীয় চক্রান্ত কে অস্বীকার করতে পারি কারণ বিপদের জন্য আমরা আগে থেকে প্রস্তুত থাকতে পারি, কিন্তু তবুও অনেকসময় আমরা ভবিষ্যৎ কে বুঝতে ভুল করে ফেলি’।
আজকে শ্রীকান্তের নিজস্ব চারটে প্রোডাকশন ইউনিট আছে, কর্ণাটকের হাবলি, তেলেঙ্গানার নিযামাবাদে একটা করে আর হায়দ্রাবাদে দুটো। কিছুদিনের মধ্যেই অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশের শ্রী সিটিতে সম্পূর্ণ সোলার নিয়ন্ত্রিত একটা নতুন প্ল্যান্ট তৈরি হতে চলেছে। এসব দেখেই ইনভেস্টর রবি মান্থা দেখা করেছিলেন শ্রীকান্তের সাথে বছর দুয়েক আগে। তাঁর সাথে কথা বলে, তাঁর ব্যবসায়িক বুদ্ধি, দূরদৃষ্টি দেখে সে বেশ অবাক হয়ে গেছিল, আর এসব থেকেই তিনি শ্রীকান্তের মেন্টর হতে চেয়েছেন, সাথে ইনভেস্ট করেছেন তাঁর কোম্পানিতে। তারা এরমধ্যেই প্রায় ১৩ কোটি টাকা ঢেলেছে আর প্রায় ৯ কোটি টাকা উঠেও এসেছে। রবির ইচ্ছা আছে এর পর এই কোম্পানিকে ইনিশিয়াল পাবলিক অফারিং এর আওতায় নিয়ে যাওয়া। একটা প্রতিষ্ঠান, যেখানে ৭০ শতাংশ কর্মী কোনভাবে প্রতিবন্ধী আবার যাদের সম্পত্তির পরিমাণ প্রায় পঞ্চাশ কোটি।

বিচ্ছিন্নতা - বড় অভিশাপ:
ছোটবেলা থেকেই শ্রীকান্ত তাঁর বাবার সাথে মাঠে যেত চাষ করতে। কিন্তু চোখে না দেখতে পেলে, সে কাজ করবে কি করে? তাই তাঁর বাবা ঠিক করে যে ছেলেকে পড়াশুনা করান উচিত। প্রতিদিন পাঁচ কিলোমিটার হেটে সে স্কুলে যেত কিন্তু সেখানেও একইরকম অবজ্ঞা, শেষ বেঞ্চে বসতে পাওয়া, শরীর শিক্ষার ক্লাসে সুযোগ না পাওয়া। আর এসব থেকেই তাঁর মধ্যে একটা জেদ আসে, জীবনে বড় হওয়ার জেদ। আসলে একাকীত্ব মানুষকে একটা অন্য জগতে ঠেলে দেয়। যখন তাঁর বাবা বুঝতে পারল যে ছেলে আসলে কিছুই শিখতে পারছেনা এভাবে, তখন সে ছেলেকে হায়দ্রাবাদের একটা স্পেশাল স্কুলে ভর্তি করে দেন। আর সেখানেই যেন শ্রীকান্তের জীবনের দরজাটা উন্মুক্ত হয়ে যায় আরও ভালো করে। দাবা থেকে ক্রিকেট – সবেতেই সে তাঁর প্রতিভার পরিচয় দেয়। পড়াশুনাতে সে তাঁর ক্লাসে টপ করে, এমনকি এখানে থাকাকালীন সে আমাদের প্রয়াত রাষ্ট্রপতি এ পি জে আব্দুল কালামের সাথে লিড ইন্ডিয়া প্রোজেক্টে কাজ করার সুযোগ পায়। কিন্তু এসব কিছুই কাজে আসেনি তাঁর জন্য যখন সে বোর্ডের পরীক্ষায় ৯০ শতাংশ নাম্বার নিয়ে পাশ করার পরও বিজ্ঞান পড়ার সুযোগ পাচ্ছিল না। তখন তাঁর মনে হয়েছিল সে চোখে দেখতে না পেলেও আশেপাশের মানুষ আর সব অদ্ভুত নিয়ম তাকে জোর করে যেন বেশি অন্ধকারে পাঠিয়ে দিতে চায়। সমাজ যেন একটা বাঁধার মতো এখানে তাঁর জন্য অপেক্ষা করছিল। কিন্তু হাল ছেড়ে দেওয়ার পাত্র সে নয়। লড়াইটা চালিয়ে যাওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় সে। বিজ্ঞান নিয়েই ভালো নাম্বার নিয়ে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পাশ করে সে। কোর্ট অর্ডারে নিজের ঝুঁকি নিয়েই সে পড়তে চেয়েছিল আর সফলও হয়েছে সে।
আসলে সুযোগের সদ্ব্যবহার করার জন্য যেকোনো রকম ঝুঁকি নিতেই শ্রীকান্ত কখনো পিছপা হয়নি। যারা তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে জিহাদ ঘোষণা করেছিল, তাদের ভুল প্রমাণ করাই তাঁর লক্ষ্য ছিল। ৯৮ শতাংশ নাম্বার নিয়ে দ্বাদশ উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে সে শুরু করে তাঁর পরবর্তী লড়াই। আই.আই.টি মুম্বাই বা এরকম আরও বড় বড় প্রতিষ্ঠানে উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য আবেদন করে সে, কিন্তু সেখানেও একই বাঁধা, একই ধারণা সবার। শ্রীকান্ত আমাদের বলছিল ‘আমার কাছে একটা চিঠি আসে, সেখানে লেখা ছিল যেহেতু আমি অন্ধ, সেই জন্য কোনরকম প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরীক্ষায় আমি অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবনা। আমিও ঠিক করি যদি আই.আই.টি আমাকে না চায়, তাহলে আমারও আই আই টি কে দরকার নেই। আসলে প্রত্যেকের তো লড়াই করার একটা সীমা থাকে’। সে ইন্টারনেটে তাঁর জন্য সুবিধাজনক ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজের খোঁজ খবর শুরু করে, তাঁর মতো করে সে গড়ে তুলবে তাঁর নিজের জীবন। সে আমেরিকার বিভিন্ন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং স্কুলে আবেদন করতে থাকে আর মজার বিষয় হল যে ছেলে তাঁর নিজের দেশের কোন কলেজে ভর্তি হতে পারছিলনা, সে বিদেশের টপ চারটে ইউনিভার্সিটিতে পড়ার সুযোগ পায়। প্রথম অন্ধ ছাত্র হিসাবে ম্যাসাচুসেটস ইউনিভার্সিটি অফ টেকনোলজিতে ভর্তি হওয়ার সুযোগ পায় সে, যদিও সেখানে গিয়ে জীবন খুব সহজ ছিলনা তার। সেখানে গিয়ে নিজেকে আর সবার সাথে মানিয়ে নেওয়াটা একটা বড় ব্যাপার ছিল। কিন্তু সে লড়াইটা করতে জানে। সে জানে কিভাবে নিজের উপস্থিতিকে জানান দিতে হয় বিশ্বের দরবারে। তাই সফলতাও এসেছে তাঁর কাছে নিজের পথেই। কোর্স শেষ করার পর যখন লক্ষ্য টাকার চাকরি তাঁর জন্য অপেক্ষা করছিল, তখন সে ফিরে আসে নিজের দেশে। আসলে দেশে যে তাঁর অনেক জবাব দেওয়ার ছিল। এখানে তাঁর প্রমাণ করার ছিল যে সে ফুরিয়ে যায়নি। শুধুমাত্র প্রতিবন্ধকতাঁর কারণে একজনকে কেন পিছিয়ে পড়তে হবে প্রচলিত সমাজ ব্যবস্থার মুখে, ভারতের অর্থনৈতিক ব্যবস্থায় কেন তাদের কোন মূল্য থাকবেনা, তারা কেন আর সবার মতো একটা ঠিকঠাক জীবনযাপন করতে পারবেনা। এই প্রশ্নগুলোই তাকে ফিরিয়ে এনেছে নিজের দেশে।
কর্পোরেট আমেরিকার সুবর্ণ সুযোগকে হেলায় ছেড়ে দিয়ে সে ফিরে আসে ভারতে, নিজের প্রশ্নের উত্তর খুঁজতে। সামাজিক প্রতিবন্ধীদের নিয়ে সে একটা সাপোর্ট সার্ভিস তৈরি করে, প্রতিবন্ধী মানুষদের শিক্ষার আলো দেখিয়ে, সমাজের বুকে একটা স্থান করে দেওয়াই তাঁর মুল উদ্দেশ্য। ইওর স্টোরির সাথে কথা বলার সময় তিনি বলছিলেন ‘প্রায় তিন হাজার প্রতিবন্ধী ছাত্রছাত্রী কে লেখাপড়া শিখিয়েছে তাঁরা, কিন্তু এরপর কি হবে, এই মানুষগুলোর কাজের সুযোগ কোথায় আর তখন আমি এই ব্যবসা শুরু করি, যেখানে এখন প্রায় ১৫০ জন এরকম মানুষ মনের আনন্দে কাজ করে চলেছে’।
নাবিক যদি পারদর্শী হয় তাহলে দুরন্ত সমুদ্রেও নৌকা চালান খুব একটা কঠিন নয়, প্রয়োজন কিছুটা সমর্থন। শ্রীকান্তের ক্ষেত্রেও ব্যাপারটা অনেকটা সেরকম। যে স্পেশাল স্কুলে সে পড়াশুনা করেছিল সেখানকার একজন সহ-প্রতিষ্ঠাতা স্বর্ণলতা, তাকে সাহায্য করেছিল প্রতিপদে। অনেকবছর ধরেই সে শ্রীকান্তের পরামর্শদাতা এবং পথ প্রদর্শক। এবার সে তাঁর প্রতিষ্ঠানে যোগ দিল নতুন রূপে, সে বিভিন্ন প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে বোলান্তের কর্মীদের উপযুক্ত করে তুলতে লাগল, তাদের জীবনের মানেটাই যেন বদলে যেতে লাগল দিনের পর দিন। ইনভেস্টর রবি বাবু বলছিলেন যে শ্রীকান্ত যেমন তাঁর বন্ধু তেমন সে অনুপ্রেরণাও বটে। প্রতিদিন সে শ্রীকান্তের থেকে নতুন কিছু শিখতে পারে, সে উপলব্ধি করেছে যে মানুষের মধ্যে যদি কিছু করার একটা প্রবল জেদ থাকে, তাহলে কোন বাঁধাই তাকে সেই লক্ষে পৌঁছানর থেকে আটকে রাখতে পারেনা।
যে ছেলেটা দুচোখে অন্ধকার নিয়ে জন্ম নিয়েছিল, পৃথিবীর আলো যার চোখে কোনদিন পৌঁছায়নি, সেই ছেলেই কিন্তু আজকে অনেক মানুষকে জীবনের আলো দেখাচ্ছে। অপরের প্রতি সমবেদনা দেখানো, একাকীত্ব দূর করে মানুষের পাশে থাকতে পারার মন্ত্র নিয়েই জীবনে আরও বড় হওয়ার স্বপ্ন দেখে শ্রীকান্ত বোলা

ইচ্ছে থাকলে উপায় হয়, কোনও কিছুই ফ্যালনা নয়। এই কথাটা আমরা বহুবার শুনেছি। নেহাতই হেলাফেলার জিনিস। পুকুরের কচুরিপানা। তা দিয়েও যে নানান রকমারি জিনিস তৈরি করা যায় কেই বা জানত। অসমের পুষ্পি ব্রহ্ম সকলকে তাক লাগিয়ে দিয়েছেন। কচুরিপানার স্ট্র শুকিয়ে ব্যাগ মাদুর পাটি বানিয়ে কোঁকড়াঝাড়কে রীতিমত স্বাবলম্বী করে তুলেছেন।
নিজের এই কাজকে শুধু অসমের ভৌগলিক সীমানায় আটকে রাখেননি।
কচুরিপানা দিয়ে তৈরি হাতব্যাগ বা সাইড ব্যাগের কালেকশন নিয়ে হাজির হয়েছেন কলকাতায়। ঘুরছেন দেশের অন্যপ্রান্তেও। মেলায় মেলায় ঘুরে বেড়াচ্ছেন পুষ্পি। তাঁর উদ্যোগে ভর করে স্বচ্ছল হয়ে উঠছেন কোঁকড়াঝাড়ের কয়েকশ মানুষ।
কলকাতায় ট্রেড ফেয়ারের স্টল সামলাবার ফাঁকে আমাদের জানালেন তার লড়াই এর কাহিনি। বললেন, কোঁকড়াঝড়ের গ্রামেই নিজে ছোটখাটো হাতের কাজ করে হাত খরচ জোগার করতেন। আর্কিটেকচারাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার পুষ্পি। ছোটোবেলা থেকেই উদ্যোগী মেয়ে। একের পর একটা উদ্যোগ নিয়েছেন। শিক্ষক বাবা আর সংসারের দায়িত্ব সামলানো মাও হাত গুটিয়ে বসে থাকেননি। মেয়ের উদ্যোম দেখে সহযোগিতা করতে এগিয়ে এসেছেন। মেখলা, চাদর আর বাঁশের তৈরি ট্র্যাডিশনাল জিনিসের ব্যবসা করেছেন পুষ্পি। নিজের পায়ে দাঁড়ানোর পণ করেছেন যেন। কিন্তু সেসবের বাজার বছরভর চাঙ্গা থাকত না। তাই বলছিলেন, "আমাদের ওখানে প্রচুর পরিবার ওই একই কাজ করতেন। খালি ভাবতাম নতুন কিছু যদি করা যায়, তবে তাহলে হয়তো বাজারে মোটামুটি সারা বছর চাহিদা থাকবে। এটা সেটা খুঁজছিলাম বছর দুয়েক আগে সুযোগ এল। নর্থ ইস্টার্ন ডেভেলপমেন্ট ফিনান্সিয়াল কর্পোরেশন (NEDFI) এর ক্যাম্প বসেছিল, সেখানেই খোঁজ পেলাম। থাইল্যান্ডের একটি হস্তশিল্পকে অসমে পরীক্ষামূলক ভাবে চালু করার পরিকল্পনা করছিলেন ওঁরা। সেই ক্যাম্পেই আমাদের এলাকার কচুরিপানাকে রি-সাইকেল করে একটি নতুন ধরনের হাতের কাজের ট্রেনিং নিলাম। তারপর ট্রেনিং শেষে নিজে কয়েকটা কচুরিপানার পাতা দিয়ে মহিলাদের হাত ব্যাগ তৈরি করালাম। আমার তৈরি মেখলা কিনতে আসা মহিলারাই এবার কচুরিপানার ব্যাগ পেয়ে দারুণ খুশি। অল্প কয়েকদিনের মধ্যেই সব ব্যাগ বিক্রি হয়ে গেল। বুঝলাম এতদিন ধরে যে জিনিসটা খুঁজছিলাম তার হদিশ পেয়ে গেছি।"
রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতার কারণে দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে অসমের বেশ কিছু অঞ্চলে দীর্ঘদিন ধরে ব্যবসা মন্দার মধ্যে দিয়ে চলছিল। পর্যটনেও তার প্রভাব পড়ে। সেই সব প্রভাব কাটিয়ে ধীরে ধীরে আবার নিজের স্বাভাবিক ছন্দে ফিরেছে কোকড়াঝাড়। সে সুযোগটাই কাজে লাগালেন পুষ্পি।
জমানো পঞ্চাশ হাজার টাকা লাগিয়ে দিলেন নতুন কাজে। এলাকার কর্মহীন মহিলাদের নিজেই প্রশিক্ষণ দিলেন। কাঁচামালের যোগান এলাকার পুকুর থেকেই তুলে নিলেন। তাঁদের শেখালেন কিভাবে সঠিক জলকুম্ভি বা কচুরিপানা বাছাই করতে হয়। তারপর সেই আড়াই বা তিন ফুট লম্বা কচুরিপানা শুকিয়ে কেমিক্যাল ট্রিটমেন্ট করে হাতের কাজের উপযোগী করে তোলা ছিল তার বাঁ হাতের খেল। দক্ষতার সঙ্গে বুনে তৈরি হতে লাগল সাইড ব্যাগ, হ্যান্ড-ব্যাগ, ঘর সাজানোর নানা উপকরণ।
তার নিজের কথায়," আমাদের এলাকায় বেশ কিছু মহিলা ট্রেনিং নিলেন, তারপর ২০১৩ এর শেষের দিকে আমি কোঁকড়াঝারে আমার দোকানে নতুন কয়েকটা প্রোডাক্ট তুললাম। স্থানীয় লোকজন আর পর্যটকদের মধ্যে খুব জনপ্রিয় হল সেগুলো। কিন্তু ততদিনে আমার টিমে প্রায় ৩০ জন সদস্য হয়ে গিয়েছে। চিন্তা ছিল বাজারটা কি করে আরও বড় করা যায়। শেষমেশ আগের মত শুধু কোঁকড়াঝাড়েই না আটকে রয়ে যাই। অন্য লোকজনের সঙ্গে কথা বলে বুঝলাম ভিন রাজ্যে বাজার না ধরতে পারলে মুস্কিল। অন্য রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন সরকারি মেলায় অংশগ্রহণ করা শুরু করলাম। গোয়া,বোম্বে,দিল্লি ও কলকাতার বিভিন্ন মেলায় যোগদান করলাম। বিভিন্ন রাজ্যের ক্রেতাদের সঙ্গে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করছি। ক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে তাদের চাহিদা মাফিক পণ্যের ডিজাইনে নানা পরিবর্তন করি। অনেক কিছু শিখলাম। কয়েকজন পাইকারি ক্রেতার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ হল।ভিন রাজ্যে মাল পাঠানো শুরু করলাম।ব্যাবসায় অনেক বদল এল। এখন আর আমার গুয়াহাটি ও কোঁকড়াঝাড়ের ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ইউনিটের ৪০ জন সদস্যের নিয়মিত কাজের যোগানের জন্য চিন্তা করতে হয় না।উল্টে সময়মত অর্ডার পাওয়া প্রোডাক্ট তৈরি করতে পারলাম কিনা তার চিন্তাই ভাবায়। জলে ভাসা কচুরিপানা যে আমায় একটা শক্ত মাটিতে দাঁড় করাবে তা কোনওদিন স্বপ্নেও ভাবিনি। সত্যি খুব অবাক লাগে, ভালও লাগে।"
